Recently, I reinstalled WhatsApp Business and migrated my WhatsApp to Business. Afterward, I encountered an issue: during incoming calls, it rings and the screen brightens, but the screen remains locked. I need to unlock the screen to see the call screen. I am noticing the same problem with my old Galaxy Note 9 as well. Funnily enough, I have a problem with WhatsApp on the Note 9 and WhatsApp Business on the S24 Ultra, but the reverse is fine.

A potential solution involves enabling full-screen alerts for WhatsApp in the phone's settings:
1. Open **Settings** on your Galaxy S24 Ultra.
2. Navigate to **Apps**.
3. Tap the three-dot menu and select **Special Access**.
4. Scroll down to **Full-screen alerts** and enable it for WA Business.
