Samsung S24 5G+ Support Issue with Jio and Airtel

I recently purchased the Samsung Galaxy S24, excited about its 5G capabilities. However, I've encountered a frustrating issue: the device is not supporting Jio's 5G+ network.
This is particularly disappointing as even more affordable devices are able to connect to Jio's 5G+ network. I've tried troubleshooting steps like software updates and network settings, but the problem persists.
I urge Samsung to address this issue promptly and release a software update to enable 5G+ support for the S24 on Jio's and Airtel network. It's disheartening to invest in a premium device and face such limitations.
It causes significant speed downgrad cheaper phone was getting about double speed than my premium S24. Same area same network.
I hope other S24 users facing similar issues can share their experiences and collectively bring this matter to Samsung's attention.

Q. Was your 5g jio enabled before hand prior purchase of s24? If not then first open my jio app and go to 5g or call 198 and seek help from jio help line.
Your problem will be solved. S24 has vo5g enabled in it. You will be happy 😊 but first find out as they would be able to help u.

I think you need to understand what is my question and what are answering you got confused between 5G+ and vo5g. No sim is still the older one and it support vo5g and do not the 5G+
Vo5G is fo voice over 5g so you can get better quality audio on call like VoLTE and 5G+ is related to speed where your smartphone combine more than 2-3 band to give you better speed on the same network if support that's called CA and I have checked that with new sim well it's only at 5G not the 5G+

Yup the + sign means that.
And it should be present while 5g is before S24 release so they have to consider it

Agreed but this + sign even we don't get on our phone. When 5g is enable. Anyways keep on trying maybe samsung listen you and give..

Samsung's flagship phone S24ultra 5g+is not available, other low-end models of Plus are available.
I want to ask Samsung company what is the difference between Samsung in flagship phone and other brand phone with lower model.
