Dear cs_member10

On my S22 device I have shared logs several times

I was simply attended to by automated bot responses

Hence I would not like to share my device private usage diagnostic logs.

However your expert software/OS team can reproduce this issue.

Simply install and log into Netflix account having 4k premuim subscription.

Update the oneUI software and notice the difference in video playback quality!!

This issue has been reported by many users on Samsung forum and can be easily reproduced at your end without having any need for user logs.

Netflix widevine certificates/security gets corrupted upon upgrading device software every month.

Which simply means we have to logout, uninstall Netflix and reinstall after each update!!
