Samsung S23 Green line issue

I am experiencing a serious issue with my Samsung Galaxy S23. A green line has suddenly appeared on the display, and it is persistent regardless of the content on the screen.

This issue occurred without any physical damage, water exposure, or misuse of the device. It seems to be a hardware or software-related problem, as I’ve noticed other users reporting similar issues on various forums.

I kindly request Samsung to address this matter urgently.

Unbelievable. Which action causes the Greenline to appear? Can you explain? Are you a gamer? Because excessive gaming causes phone overheating; updating the phone is another reason.

It appeared on a random evening while scrolling through instagram. Im a normal user, not installed any games as such. Being scared to green line issue, i haven't updated the last security update also.

I am bgmi player and I play for almost 4-5 houra daily with my S23 bought directly from Samsung's website

It's a very strange on S 23 device. Kindly reach out to Samsung Care and I hope ur device must be less than 01 year old. Screen will be replaced free of cost.

Unfortunately warranty has expired. I have reached out to samsung, they said that only option is to replace the screen by payment.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue.
