Hi all i am facing s22 ultra green line issue which has been apperead suddenly on my screen after i woke up in the morning. There is no any physical or water damage the phone was kept aside suddenly i notice a green line on sceen please provide any needful help. Customer care guys are saying that only if there is white bar beside the camera then only it is eligible for free replacement but it is green line in my case. Please guide me how to proceed further.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

Many users are facing this issue and it seems like we have not caused this issue but it could be a hardware issue from the company side. Please search with green line in the community here. I think the solutions range from posting on X to show the amount of issues occurring for everyone to how to lodge a complaint with the CEO team which is an escalation to get a free replacement of the display as that is the only to fix this.

My s22 mobile display got Green line on 1st of Jan after software update same in the morning out of warranty after repeated request samsung changed my mobile display free of cost samsung service center and samsung customer support don't provide free replacement open my galaxy app send email to Samsung care + you will get positive reply try your luck
