Hey so everyone know tha am facing green line issue in samsung s21fe 5g from both the update of September december 2024 and the latest of 2025 android 15 one ui 7 .

Now my device got 9 lines 🙂
The service center is delaying again and again 
Knce they said 
We will wait for the company reply and call you . 
Then after 2 to 3 day i call them and they said sorry we forgot about it .
Are you kidding ?

Then they said your device is eligible but part is not available now so wait for 10 to 15 days them we will call you back but i thought to call them in 7 days so i call them and asked about parts then they said we will ask from the company and call 
They call me and tell we will have to check your phone and all 
For this your device will be sent to noida .
Then they will test everything there . 
I mean are you serious gusy what the hell is happening here . 
First you tell me to wait wait wait and wait .
Now want to check again .

Bad experience with Samsung.
Can't say anything...

Yesterday, the green line appeared on my S21 FE. I am thinking emailing Samsung support before going to the service center. I need the exact email I'd of Samsung support.

Samsung service center and samsung customer support don't provide free replacement for Green line problem send email to Samsung care try I got free replacement for my s22 mobile display

😮🤨 This issue of green/pink/white lines is getting bigger and bigger day by day!! and #samsung has not yet clearly mentioned its official policy regarding free replacement causing confusion, panic and uncertainty among its customers. If your area service centre is not co-operating, you may visit any other nearby authorised centre as well. I'd suggest you to write an official email to them clearly explaining your issue along with attaching any image/video proofs if any. Also, tag them on social media platforms like X citing your issue.
