I just gifted my mom a Galaxy S22 on 15th June. When she started using it the day after with a full charge in the morning, by the evening it almost lost its charge bringing it to less than 20%, with just your minimum use of the phone.
No games, just calls and surfing the web and social media. After this, we went to the Samsung's 'registered' service center. There they kept the device with them for a day. When we came back the other day, they had shown us their so called 'test' on a piece of paper in which they had measured the battery usage and clocking down the times. And according to them it is just a normal drain. But the phone's battery is draining faster than usual phones. Today it's been 4 days since the phone is lying at the service center.

Please let us know the solution.

Thanks.

Bro S22 avg battery that company claims is 6 hr like that but battery conditions will be based on your surroundings too and even frequent charging can decrease your battery health.

that's what we can't frequently charge a device daily, what's the meaning of buying a 60k device then
