Samsung S21 Fe Restarting Automatically

My Samsung S21 Fe (Exynos) Automatically Restarting Again and Again After Updating ONE UI 6 today. 
When I am using Phone, My Phone is not Getting Restart. But When i Don't Use ohone, My Phone is Restarting All the time Again and Again.
Now what i should Do? Should I Keep my Phone Switch off?

Note: I turned off Auto Restart Option from Dec

check the phone in safe mode.
if issue still there then just reset phone

if in warrenty then go to service center they will reinstall the update

Disable auto restart function
There are two methods to disable auto restart function

Method 1
Note: Device screenshots and menu may vary depending on the device model and software version.
Step1: Navigate to apps screen and tap on Settings.
Step2: Tap on General management.
Step3: Tap on Reset.
Step4: Disable Auto restart (if enabled).
Step5: Auto restart disabled.

Method 2
Step1: Go to "Settings"
Step2: Tap on "Battery and device care"
Step3: Tap on Three dots
Step4: Tap on "Automation"
Step5: Disable "Auto restart at set times" if enabled

Update device software (If Software update available): https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/
