Samsung S20 FE 5G Camera problems after Android 13 and One UI 5 update

I've updated my S20 FE 5G to Android 13 with One UI 5 on Dec 8th, after 2-3 days I've noticed a problem while recording a video. I was recording Full HD 60 FPS..but in my phone's screen it was showing like a 30 FPS recording..like some kind 0f lag or Frame drop in 60 FPS video.. but in gallery while i was playing it..it was exactly playing fluently like 60 FPS, i restarted the device and problem solved..same thing occurring more frequently. Even if you're recording a 60 FPS it will show like a 30 FPS but when u play it, then actually nothing changes..Please Samsung fix the issue asap.

 And one more thing related to Notification bar.. like for an example, a Notification came..and i slides the Notification but then actually it shows like there's a blank space in the place of that Notification, if you slide back..that Notification comes back in the Notification bar also. It only goes away if you tap on the 'CLEAR' on Notification bar. I don't know if its a feature or bug..fix this.

The only bug I'm facing after the update is that whenever i turn on & off the airplane mode, Bluetooth & Wi-Fi gets automatically turned on...
Rest my device is working absolutely fine...

I am facing same issue
In addition to this hyperlapse got horrible, can't use anymore
Slow motion with with intense light condition got video flip like lights on n off after every 2 sec of frame

Do a recording in daylight..if its still happening..then there's might be a problem.. i haven't tested due to work.

Amd after the dec update..I'm having problems at 4G network too..Samsung is worst..First jio 5G is not working. Now they're having problems in 4G also
