Significant less weight with same specs will be appreciated. But I don't see that happening soon (maybe in around 5years) because even if the technology is available, it's not yet affordable.
It's also obvious that you've not owned or held any prime or highest spec phone for years, because considering other phones with similar capability, it's quite light
