Actually I faced a green line issue in my s23 there is no physical damage or water damage for the mobile but the service center said that it must be in warranty but as per your policy you can give a free replacement for the mobiles which does not have any physical damage or water damage can I get a free screen replacement for my  mobile if there is no physical or water damage

My phone was carcked almost 3 months before update and was working fine but after update i got line on my display do i get screen replacement or not please answer

Visit near Service centre. They will check for any external damage and then only they will confirm
