Actually I faced a green line issue in my s23 there is no physical damage or water damage for the mobile but the service center said that it must be in warranty but as per your policy you can give a free replacement for the mobiles which does not have any physical damage or water damage can I get a free screen replacement for my  mobile if there is no physical or water damage

Same issue.... service centre said you have to pay for display replacement..this policy is just in s22 series mobiles. Just because i own s23...must i pay for this issue?

I got a line on the exact position as yours but mine is pink in color. Am yet to inquire about this in the service centre.
