They finally called back and asked me to visit on Monday (30th) after I emailed to Samsung Head and CEO, recieved jobsheet through email and emailed the jobsheet to Samsung head and CEO again and mentioned about my issues, received an email saying they'll reply and just wait, today received a call from samsung denying free display replacement by saying they don't have that policy now for any devices and can't help, it will be chargeable. They won't listen since 27th September and kept delaying till the policy is over, is this safe business policy ? After 3times service centre visit and paid 236 for jobsheet, they're denying replacement. Even though there's no literal physical damage.

Go to service center and create a job card on Authorised service center by physical inspection of your device.
in subject write: Green Line on S22 Plus Display After Update - Need Free Replacement

In Message write: My Samsung S22 Plus developed a green line on the display after a software update. Despite no physical or water damage, confirmed by the service center, customer care rejected a free replacement as it's out of warranty. Many users report the same issue, and some received free replacements after persistent complaints. I'm a student and long-time Samsung fan, feeling stressed and seeking your help.
The higher team will get back to you soon, I did the same and I am hoping for a solution.
