Samsung Health monitor app isn't working

Hi everyone, 

I really appreciate if anyone helps me out in this. I have purchased my samsung S24 ultra (International Version) phone in Dubai and using here in India. And my brother has gifted me a Samsung watch 7, which was purchased in Denmark. The watch connects to my phone fine, and everything works except the Samsung Health monitor app. My watch 7 came up with pre-installed samsung health monitor and asks me to install the app on my mobile. I am able to install the app on S24 Ultra but it shows me an popup with error "Samsung Health Monitor is not available in your current location." But when I checked the blogs, I can see this samsung health monitor app is supported in Denmark (Where I purchased my watch), UAE (Where I purchased my phone), India (where I'm using both these devices). 

I am still not understanding why I am unable to use this app. Really appreciate if you provide any resolution. 

Note: CSC of my mobile is "MID"
