My service request was only OLED Broken

"Dear Samsung users and Samsung,

I'm writing to expose a service scam that I recently experienced with Samsung's authorized service center, Cell Tech. On September 16, 2024, I called Cell Tech to inquire about the price of replacing the OLED display on my Samsung S23 Ultra.

During the call, they insisted that I also needed to replace the front metal assembly unit, despite me telling them that it was not damaged. They claimed they needed to examine it to confirm.

When I took my phone to the service center, they took it to a separate room to examine and then told me that there was minor damage to the frame and that the display wouldn't fit properly without replacing it. I wasn't convinced, but I agreed to the repair.

After the service, I requested my old parts back and was made to sign a paper acknowledging receipt of them. However, upon examining the parts, I found no damage to the frame. I had paid an extra ₹3400 for a unnecessary frame replacement. I was extremely disappointed with Samsung's service and tried contacting them about another issue with the screen, but got no response.

It seems like the service center scammed me, and now I don't know where to turn for help.

I Have attached my bill and Acknowledgement copy
