Check what is rated for your device.Then multiply voltage×Ampere.Like my A53 is showing 9Volt and 2.77Ampere.So 9×2.77=24.93~25watt.If your device support 45Watt(after checking) then you need to buy 5A cable from Samsung official and 45Watt PD charger from Samsung official only.And if your S23FE support 45Watt then you can use both 25Watt/45Watt without any issue.Both are best as the device manufracture itself has provided it.Or else they will never provide the feature which us not best for a device
