Green line on my S21 FE (exynos variant) after March update 2024

It was at night (29-04-2024) when march security patch got updated on my device..
The next day morning (30-04-2024) I am able to see the green line. 
Tried all the possible solutions.Nothing worked.

As I purchased my device on 2022 Jan, my device is currently out of warranty. 
@samsungindia What should I do about this? Even though there is no fault from my end. Will I get free replacement? I had bought this device for 50k and disappointed with the quality it's providing.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

I have already been to service center and contacted customer support. They asked me to pay for the repairs as there is no other way. As the device is out of warranty this issue is not covered out of warranty. Even one plus is providing free screen replacement for green screen issue.why a reputed brand like samsung can't?
