Did anyone figure out how to resolve the sudden auto restart issue in Galaxy S21 Plus handsets? Service center is refusing to attend to my complaint as the restart is not happening in front of them. Even the service head email id complaint was not very helpful as they are also claiming the same that as long as the auto restart does not happen in front of the service center guys the warranty cannot be claimed. I am feeling cheated after purchasing a Rs. 84999 smartphone from Samsung.

Already did that multiple times bot, they didn't help me and gave me only scripted bot like response.
