Green line issue seen on other brands also such as One Plus. If you have problem that service center is not solving. Just E. Mail (servicehead.in@samsung.com)to smasung head office. If they didn't listen then go to consumer court or complain online https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/

I brought phone from outside India that's why they can't give me the warranty.And they didn't give me the reason for green line
