Galaxy S.
But if the temperature goes up after 48 degree celcius regularly then go to service centre. You have a faulty device. Use CPUz app for temprature tracking

Galaxy SEvery 8 gen1 device has heating problem and the next reason is the device size. S22 has a compact device so that's why the phone will overheat.
And also battery size is small therefore your phone drain fast.
This issue is all of s22 device and also most of 8 gen2 Device.
