Samsung 23 ultra edit call back ground option not coming.

Hi Everyone,

I am using s23 ultra and I noticed that in contacts custom call background option is missing in mobile. I was having this option earlier.

Can someone confirms whether anyone else is facing the same issue ?

No, I see this option. I am not facing any such problems. I am also using the same device.

I can see this option in my A22 as well bist strangely not getting this in S23 ultra.

Hi , Go to keypad or any in call and tap 3 dots at top and settings - call background

That option is for all the calls. I am looking for contacts specific option.

Go to Phone App > More options > Settings > Call background

Here are the steps.
Go to dialer and tap on contacts at the bottom right corner.

Now tap on three dots on the top right and go to the setting.

From above, you will find call background section on the 6th row from above.
There you go, you can change call background from there.

I can see that option but this will apply to all the contacts.
I am looking for an option to select custom call background for each contact.

Hi , for individual contact go contacts and choose specific contact Edit > at the top you will find create profile card and tap and choose image . ✔️

That is for setting a profile pic.. it won't apply for call Back ground.
