Same S23 Ultra but different settings

Hello Samsung whats happening? Why one S23 ultra having take notes and share option available on phone app and another S23 ultra doesn't have that feature. If it's different model, then it's fine. How come same model comes with different features?

Brother are u calling different Sim cards. I think you are using one device with Airtel and 2nd device with Jio or any other like Vodafone, Idea etc. So i suggest you to use same Sim Cards in both phones and then the options will be same.

I'm talking about "take notes" option, what is the connection between SIM card and take notes option?
More over I'm using airtel and jio only. Is Vodafone, idea still alive??😃

I have that both in s22 and both works only with jio

Also your mobile data should be selected to jio and updated notes app
