Charging problem on my s24 ultra

My s24 ultra showin prompt moisture in charcharging cable. So i plugged in with different chargers then also it showing. I then did a clear chaed in usb app settings, cleaned both phone and cable ports and then i power off after that this prompt dissappeared but another problem came, the fast charging is not working. Phone is charging in normal mode and taking more time ie; hours to charge. I bought this on june 2024. I am totally disappointed with this. I know this is a software bug. Please reply samsung. Iam a samsung user since years. My olad phone m52 was having green line after 2 years of buying. Why you guys are cheating us.

My s22 mobile got this moisture problem in the port has to replace it

However, Please follow these easy troubleshooting steps which may help in resolving the line issue of your other device.

● Kindly restart your device once: To power off through Quick settings, swipe down from the top of the screen. Tap the Power icon in the upper right of the screen (next to the Settings icon), and then tap Power off. Kindly power buttons on the device after by pressing power for 5-7 seconds.

● Update software on device: apps screen > Settings > Software update > Download and install > Download > Install now.

● Reset the device:
Note: Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite. Remember Google password before resetting the device because it required during initial setup. If you don't remember the password, then reset (Forgot password) your google account.

Settings > General Management > Reset > Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup > Factory data reset (This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.)

The prompt reappeared. This only go away when i switch off and then i plug in
