My phone is from UK. I live in India. So, I must use Indian firmware right?

Now, UK phone means your phone CSC should be " BTU", Indian CSC is INS

Yeah, it was BTU but now I flashed Indian INS firmware downloaded from SamFirmware. So, i was asking, i would get any future updates or should i have to download latest firmware and flash it again?

Yes, you will get INS updates through OTA
