S9plus stuck with august security patch

My phone s9plus bought in  june and i got the august security patch update in later august and no update till the date where as my friend use an s9 plus he got september and october security patch update where i am stuck with the august security patch update..And why i am not getting any updates?? Any solutions

make sure ur device is official , not jailbreaked

yeah its official and not rooted or any custom firmware installed done nothing on my phone

turn off your phone for 5 mins then on it back and check for updates

make one more try after reset it ...I hope it will fix it

yeah resetted the phone for more than 5 times not worked

do one thing it will help you install smart switch on your PC and then check for update this will definitely help you and if it not work then you have the option to go Service Centre to update your device and you also can used smart switch emergency firmware recovery after taking backup of your device

oh..thank you bro but i checked with smart switch it said its installed with latest firmware and i havnt tried with emergency frimware recovery bro🤨🤨thank you bro hope it works
