S9plus not update since august security patch update

My phone s9plus bought in june and i got the august security patch update in later august and no update till the date where as my friend use an s9 plus he got september and october security patch update where i am stuck with the august security patch update..And why i am not getting any updates?? And i checked resetting my device and checked with smart switch too not worked..Any solutions guys??

Check manually for software updates in settings. If you still didn't find any updates then go to services center and update your software. Make sure you back up your data.

you can use smart switch on pc to update your device

Thats what I thought. Since its from UAE, it has different version firmware. You will NOT get any OFTA updates in India. Go to service center show valid purchase documents and get it replaced by Indian version.

oh do they replace with the indian firmware ?

I am not quite sure about it. But Yes, they can do that if they want it. Since Samsung supports globally I don't think they would deny your request. Alternatively you have to manually downlaod all your UAE OFTA updates from internet and install it manually.
