S7 and S7 edge issues

Where are monthly security updates for s7 edge..??
Still device running in April security patch.
Lower models like s6 already running on latest patch in india.
How your updates team works..?
This is how you treat your old flagships..??
No battery drain patch for oreo, still cell standby draining battery.
Please don't avoid these things as you think these are minor problems so there are no effects of these on users.
Everything matters and everyone is already very dissapointed from update policy.

Battery draining almost 50% more, ringer volume and speaker volume on speakerphone decreased, phone heats up frequently, fast charging slower, call drops and hanging during calls prominent... All these even after factory reset...raise a complaint and they will ask you to take the phone to service centre who will again factory reset, cause inconvenience to you and then say with a wry smile "oreo issues, pls wait for updates for rectification "...

samsung always ignore their customer issues and problem intentionlly. it has more than one month since oreo arrival. bt samsung have not responded till now.

Since Oreo update am facing screen loading issue on my s7 edge daily once a day it doesnt load the screen hVe to press power button twice to load it and today it restarted cell after 2 3 mins. Anyone else facing this problem? how to solve it?
