How to solve s23 series issues

Majority of my friends including me are facing very worst experience in s23 series.. becuz after 7ui update i completely lost my camera quality, potrait photography is very bad and very grains...no edge detection. Etc 
Also facing battery draining issue and heating issues and somethings app bugging..
To overcome this issues every s23 series users plzz inform the concerned authorities with very bad reviews and make a sudden complaint...and rise a issue as soon as possible...if we all stand together they will clear this issues as soon as posible ❤️

Everyone report the issue through Samsung Members app itself,
Go to Members app > Support > Send Feedback > Click on Compose icon and select Error.

It is a BUG send an error report along with log files to customer support through this members app and Samsung will fix it in the next update. To do that follow this procedure
Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

I have an S23 Ultra (bought in February 2023).

I always update immediately when the update arrives. I have no problems with my device at all. Fully satisfied!

Please note that I am not a casual user. I use my device extensively, with 7-8 hours of heavy use daily for downloading, browsing, media consumption, etc.

I don't play games, though.

Which device are you referring to exactly in the S23 series?

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
