when pink line coming on s7 edge phonr is a common issue then why samsung is denying the replacement of screen and panel under warrenty??
i need help...i just cannot afford to spend 17k when i am under warrenty...when you guys tested this phone under 5 mtr water how can ones sweatt can go.inside and damage the screen...this is absolute ridicules reason for denying the replacrment under the warrenty

Bro you should go to another service centre bcoz many people have faced this problem and they got their display replaced for free under warranty.

i have received a call from CEO office....however they said they are going to call me back today after consulting the technical team....no calls received....however i tried to call on tbat soo called direct number..but it went on voicemail...i really dont know why these people making their genuine customers to beg and plead for the things which customer truely deserved..

good evening everyone.....my problem has been resolved by samsung managements last month....i wrote an e mail to CEO office which has been suggested by this community member he who is responding to my problem....ceo s office has been in touch with me and the service centre continuously...beacuse of their proper communication my mobiles screen has been changed under warrenty....i would like to thank everyone who supported me here 8n this channel.....and also woukd like to thank ceo office for their quick and effective response...
