My new S25 ultra is making noise and blurry while using the ultra wide lens. This is totally unacceptable for this device.

They gave coupon for what I payed. Otherwise only option is to repair which I didn't want.

Is your new purchased S25 Ultra working OK?

I am in the same situation that you were before.. My latent hardware defect was noticed around 2 months since I had bought it... BUT the fact is its a latent defect, something that users will not know immediately but they will get it...

I have rejected the repairs option and Samsung is not ready to replace my faulty phone unit.

I don't want to repair a flagship phone 2 months since i purchased and live with that fact rest of life.

I lost the trust on this brand. There is no use of 7 years of OS updates when the phone hardware couldn't survive 2 months since its flagship launch. I rejected the repairs option to replace faulty camera unit after service center performed full diagnostics and reinstalled OS and still could not solve the problem.

Samsung has to release official statement about this and recall the hardware defect devices. Repairs is not the way to suffer through a flagship phone.
