Hello ,

I am Noel Rufus , I bought S25 ultra jet black , 512gb in pre order on Feb 6th , suddenly my phone is doing odd things , suddenly my sim didn't show , it shown emergency calls only , and sudden flickering when i open power off menu , i use official 45w charger with given cable in box it taking 15% to 100% 1hour 20 minutes , but in youtube they are saying 59 minutes for 5% to 100% , and over heating issue too, today in routines i kept fully charge notification , after 30 min after removing charger , it is saying charging is fully charged . Dont know what is going on with this device, hope so you respond as soon as possible.

Please take it to Samsung care as your phone is under warranty. Apparently your phone may need a reflash of firmware.

Does i need to go for service center for that , i don't have my replacement window too , the time is over for me

S25 is new launch. As an immediate measure you may try to do a factory reset after taking a full backup. If this does not resolve the issue then a trip to service centre is called for. They may reflash the firmware if the issue is related to software else you should get defective hardware replaced FOC.
