Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!
As per your concern, we want to inform you that the rattling sound comes because of a hardware-based feature called OIS. The gyro-sensors measure movements and send this data to a “microcenter, which then moves the lens to offset the motion. In short, OIS mechanically moves the image sensor in response to any shaking detected in your phone.
