Device Model: Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra Software Version: S938BXXS1AYC2 Issue Noticed Since: April 19, 2025 Purchase Date: February 2025 --- Issue Description: I am experiencing a vibration and shaking issue with the camera on my Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, specifically when zooming in or zooming out. The camera view becomes unstable, vibrates/shakes continuously, and makes it impossible to capture clear images or videos. This issue occurs: In both Photo and Video modes While using the rear camera Under all lighting conditions Attached: A screen recording showing the issue: Screen_Recording_20250420_115722_Camera.mp4 --- Troubleshooting Steps Taken: 1. Restarted the device 2. Cleared Camera app cache and data 3. Confirmed software is up to date (S938BXXS1AYC2) 4. Tested in Safe Mode – issue remains 5. No signs of physical damage or lens obstruction --- Request: Please investigate and advise a resolution. If the issue is hardware-related, I am open to visiting a Samsung service center or following your guidance for repair or replacement. As this affects a key feature of the device, I request prompt support. Thank you, Rahul Khorwal

Then I believe there's no physical damage to the OIS. But your phone is facing some different issue. If you bought it from a physical store visit it once else visit service center. I also faced camera issue when I bought my s24 ultra. They replaced the device within a day. I hope it helps you.

Looking at your video clips it seems it's not a software issue rather a physical issue with the OIS. Don't worry service centres will help you out without any charges.

Same issue. Samsung is not taking any responsibility on this. Neither providing a clear resolution. All they say that technical team is looking into. I haven't visited the service center yet as I am worried that phone will get open just in 2 months 🥲 waiting if they provide any software update as it happened post april update
