On February 6th, I purchased an S25 Ultra. Since then, the camera has produced unusual knocking sounds accompanied by vibrations and significant shaking, as documented in the attached video. Despite a service center visit and software update, the problem remains, suggesting a possible manufacturing defect. This is unacceptable for a device of this cost. I request an immediate resolution; I have visited the service center for two days already.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. Ask the service centre people to replace the phone itself.. seems to be defective on arrival piece

I have observed Same issue today with my s25 ultra, should we wait for software update or this is a hardware glitch.

Has anyone got the response from samsung on this issue, it looks like samsung is mum on the issue.
