S25 ultra camera making weird noise and flickering

On February 6th, I purchased an S25 Ultra. Since then, the camera has produced unusual knocking sounds accompanied by vibrations and significant shaking, as documented in the attached video. Despite a service center visit and software update, the problem remains, suggesting a possible manufacturing defect. This is unacceptable for a device of this cost. I request an immediate resolution; I have visited the service center for two days already.

They are claiming that it's not an issue which is shocking, also the software update did not fix it.

Hi I got response from service team, the requested for log files , videos and photos and suggested to visit the service center , when I visited service center , technician said they need to keep device for 3 days for testing and if they don't find the solution, they will replace the camera module.

I suggest you to visit the service centre, I will give my phone once I arrange an backup phone.

I am also facing this issue. Is there any fix? It seems this issue started showing after the recent software update.

Hi i am also facing the same flickering issue in my s25 ultra especially when it focusses on any object on 1x zoom.

Pl visit, Samsung service center, they will fix the issue, mine is working perfectly fine now.

Hi I visited the samsung service centre and they replaced the main 200 MP camera module but after that again I am facing the same flickering sound issue.How did they fix the issue in your case.

Same issue is being faced by me, i went ti the service centre they mentioned its not a software issue and we're charging about 50dollars (4k INR) for changing the camera.

This is highly unacceptable by samsung such a premium price but pathetic quality, and i purchased the product from bhutan and they are refusing to do it in warranty in india
