Finally, S25 Ultra in India received February security patch.
FYI: It is released with December security patch till this date (almost end of February)
Hope Samsung keep up the promise of Monthly security updates for S series in future
Green line issue is like a ghost, some say its purely software compatibility related, some say software update usually run device hotter causing display hardware issue, pure hardware wear out issue. Just to rule out, software issues, you can try hard resetting device or boot into safe mode (tap on poweroff on screen until safe mode is activated) to see gree line is gone. If not it is due to hardware issue (caused by more heat during software update) needs service center visit
