I think in S24FE camero when I zoom at 3x telephoto, after one ui 8.0 update i think the camera tone getting more cool. I mean, the temperature of the image maybe get from warm to col. This is very bad because the main camera take photo in warm but in another hand the telephoto take more cooler. Image

As you guys see the difference it was very irritating @samsung please fix this in oneui8.5 update I hope @teamsamsung can fix this 😑

Yes I totally agree in my s23 also telephoto quality has decreased, please fix this @samsung #samsung #oneuiupdate

Please perform the below-mentioned troubleshooting steps, these may help in resolving your concern.

● Kindly check physical condition of your camera lens.

● Kindly clean the camera lens by microfiber cloth or a cleaning wipe. Gently remove the fingerprint, dirt and dust from the camera lens.

● Reset the camera settings: Tap on Camera>Settings>Reset settings>Reset.

● You can reset your device by following the steps:
1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember the password, then advise to reset (Forgot password) your Google account.

Path: Settings> General Management>Reset>Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup>After backup tap on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings.
This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.

If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

That's not camera or physical issues maybe oneui 8 update make the camera cooler but I like warm tone I already did most of the thing brooo
