My s24 ultra back glass seems to be getting out of its frame . I got it repaired under warranty in pakistan but now when I checked the problem doesnt seem to be repaired . 

Is this normal ?

And i have bought the phone in pakistan and it has samsung pakistan official warranty . Will samsung UAE repair it for free in warranty or not ?
