I’ve been a Samsung user and was excited to buy the upcoming Galaxy S25 Ultra. But recently I saw posts about the green line issue on the S24 Ultra, especially after One UI updates, and now I’m honestly worried.
I had a similar experience before with my Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. A green line suddenly appeared on the screen without any software update. I went to the same authorized mobile dealer where I bought the phone , but they couldn’t help me or offer a solution. In the end, I had to sell the phone at a low price.
This makes me hesitate to invest in another flagship. Is this issue still happening? Has Samsung provided any official fix or support for affected users?
