S24 ultra working with s pen only

I bought brand new s24 ultra on March 20th 2025 

Week later updated it 

Then onwards touch is not working 

Only s pen working 

Trying resetting 

Restart 

Factory reset 

Clearing cache 

Rebooting 

Updated to use 7 

Still no update what to do anyone resolved it 

Please let me know
