I am sharing some photos of the s24 ultra i have in comparison with the s24 ultra present at store. The screen colors are not the same . I have placed a return request but i dont know what test they do at service center, their results are "Ok" for the phone. And the service center person is ignoring the issue literally by saying "its AI display".

Size is same.. its because the store phone has something connected in the charging point which was making it elevated from the base when kept

Unfortunately S24 Ultra has Display failure 😕.. I don't know whether we will get fix for this issue.

I had S23 Ultra and noticed this display difference.. however it's not much that will make life harder to survive.. and yes Samsung recognised this issue and possibly this could be fixed over an update..

My suggestion is if you want to be happy in life, stop comparing things which you already own now.. ab chahe wo phone ho ya Girl friend.. baad m Mann kharab ho hoga compare se. Hehehe

If it were free, I would not have made the comparison. Regrettably, we invested 1.3 lakh in the S24 Ultra model, which falls significantly short of the display quality of even a 10k or 15k mobile phone. 🤔🤨🤔

Again same word like others.. why did you spent such big amount without proper checks comparisons, why this always come after getting the product.. I already did the compression and still wanted to buy this because it doesn't make significant difference.. so again think and do max research before spending such big amount..

I was fan of using Samsung, started with J2/S6/S7/S9.. All these are fine including S23 Ultra, all these are pre-orders.. But we have to accept now reality that if S24 Ultra display issue not fixed, it is a failure this time from Samsung and wait for S25 release...

Yeah, you're right. Many users worldwide, including me, have the same problems. But when I saw the devices in the store, their colors looked a bit better than on my phone. I don't know if it's because of the store mode settings or some manufacturing issues with the display. I contacted the service center and customer care about this and the camera issues. They created a job sheet and promised me a replacement, but in the end, they said everything was fine and there were no hardware problems with the camera. They didn't even acknowledge the display issue as a problem. From my experience, it seems like Samsung forces its users to accept that everything is working as intended and adjust ourselves, no matter what feedback or issues we raise. Some users are lucky and get replacements by DOA certificate.

Hmm, what's up with the AI display thing? Why is AI even involved in the display? And these guys at the service center are clueless, just saying it's working as expected or something. Is Samsung using AI to make the colors look bad on purpose? Or is there some other AI magic going on here that I don't know about? I haven't seen anything from Samsung about using AI for the display.
