I have bought S24 ultra from USA
I haven't been able to use jio true 5G on my phone even though I have enabled 5g in mobile network settings.

Jio customer care says, phone bought from outside India doesn't support Jio 5g band.

I also have iphone 14 pro max bought from US,it works on jio 5g just fine.

Samsung, please do something about this,it's frustrating. 
Release an update or do something to fix this issue ASAP!!!!

This issue has been there for some time now and I don't think samsung or jio have any intention of fixing it. You can try flashing Indian rom but at your own discretion

Jio 5G works only with Indian handset.

That's not correct as I can use 5G in my S24 ultra but I can use it in Samsung A35 Aussie model

This is not acceptable
How come all other phones are supporting jio 5g just fine, even though they are being bought from overseas.
This is happening only with samsung.
Kindly solve this issue.
For Gods!!!!!!!! sake, this is your flagship phone which is the best from samsung.
How come u come up with this silly reasons
