My s24 has a low volume issue from rear speaker and after I visited service center they have identified some blue thing stuck on speaker...from tear down videos I can make out it is the blue gasket wrongly placed on my device. Service engineer has rather spoiled the rubber casing and metal edges around it. Have raised it to team and expecting a replacement but it appears samsung isnt dealing fairly and states it was a misuse!!!!!
Be careful guys...either dont buy samsung phones or go with a magnifying glass🔍 to zoom and check on delivery
