S24 plus bluetooth bug

After turning on bluetooth on both of my win 11 laptop and s24 plus, the laptop is showing the name of my phone , but my phone is not showing the name of laptop even after scanning...plz help ...

I think you need to go into pairing mode the laptop. Are you trying to receive a file?

If so, then go to settings on laptop and check the section Bluetooth and devices.
After this, scroll down and find "Send or receive files via bluetooth"

Select receive files

Please give an update after trying this.
