My samsung s24 plus's battery is draining fast. I tried all the possibilities to fix the battery backup like factory reset, limiting some apps, dark mode on, light performance profile, disabling some settings etc. but there is zero improvement. This is due to the faulty and less optimized software (ONE UI 7). Currently my phone got the new july security patch. Even in this update, there is no improvement of battery backup. Please fix this issue.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. To share the log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.

This is problem with samsung phones so that i dont update from july 2024 my battery backup is very good.
