I am having heating issue in s24 device. I experienced it with casual usage of camera app / moderate usage of youtube or using the device. Also the battery drains too fast. I have tested the demo phone in retail store and am surprised to see that phone heats too. I believe, Samsung released this s24 just for the sake of releasing without any quality tests. Dont ever say that high end processor keeps the phone warm blah blah. Accept that you have released cheap phone and recall devices and refund our hard earned money
Its the chipset prblm bro...to be frank....problem is in Samsung fabrication..that's why every exynos chipset has heating n power efficiency problem where Qualcomm ones don't...i. would suggest u to wait for few days more,as its Samsung algorithm to make devices learn usage pattern for few days n then behave normally...if still the problem persists,sorry to say...but it ll be due to exynos only
If the issue persists kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
When I use Samsung wallet in my S24 to pay by card tap n pay, phone heats up crazily..normally it's fine..looks like there may be bug in wallet on S24...it used to be fine in S23...
