S24 before and after customer support.

I was facing over heating and severe battery drain with normal usage on my s24 after inspected by customer support they re-installed one ui on my phone and it worked. With heavy usage today i got almost 7hours of SOT. posting before and after photos too.

My phone was on warranty. I just went to service centre and tell them about my problem. It was just 15 min work

Are you not using 5g? And how much phone calls do you make? Because in most of online reviews, usage of 5g for calls and mobile data in exynos model seems to be the major reason behind heavy battery consumption
