I bought a phone with Samsung DMI finance and my EMI payment date was 05/03/2021 04:59 but my EMI amount is deducted from noch auto, but its not updated on samsung finance plus app its still says 6 hours due!? what should i do

it will get updated if its auto deducted, but for surity contact them on WhatsApp and on get help section as well

Sir I have paid my Due EMI full amount on 15th march,my money deducted from the bank account but the EMI device loan status is still pop ups! I tried to contact customer care but there was no response.What should I do ? Please any experts solution ?
