I'm facing an issue with my Samsung S24 Ultra. Whenever I receive a WhatsApp call, the phone rings once, and then the ringtone volume automatically lowers as if the volume button is being pressed to mute it. As a result, the next incoming WhatsApp call only vibrates without ringing. This issue happens consistently. Has anyone else experienced this or found a solution? Please help me on this
Please reset all settings of your's device in general management settings also Flight ✈️ mode on n off one time also optimize your's device in device care too also clear catche of all apps manually also reset call settings also clear catche of this app and uninstall this app and again reinstall this app then try to it's again. Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. Update: The issue has been resolved. The problem was caused by the Truecaller app interfering with WhatsApp call notifications. After uninstalling Truecaller, WhatsApp calls now ring properly without switching to vibration. Everything is working as expected now."
