S24 Ultra: WhatsApp Call Volume Drops After One Ring

Hi, 

I'm facing an issue with my Samsung S24 Ultra. Whenever I receive a WhatsApp call, the phone rings once, and then the ringtone volume automatically lowers as if the volume button is being pressed to mute it. As a result, the next incoming WhatsApp call only vibrates without ringing. This issue happens consistently. Has anyone else experienced this or found a solution? Please help me on this
