S24 Ultra Screen Broken 💔

A small corner impact directly damaged both the touch and display of my Samsung S24 Ultra, despite using the official Samsung screen protector designed for the device but this protector provide zero safety to device.

The official website lists the display replacement cost at approximately 12,000 INR and the full frame replacement cost at approximately 19,000 INR. However, Samsung Mobile Care has quoted 16,500 INR for the display and 25,000 INR for the full frame replacement. I would like to know if the phone warranty can provide any repair discounts. #samsung #samsungs24ultra #samsungcare @samsung

Samsung provides basic screen protectors, and it can prevent some minor scratches.. You should have gone for some tempered glass screen protector .

Note; any physical damage won't be considered under warranty

Unfortunately no, samsung does not cover physical damage under the warranty.

And, the charges are applicable for the repair which was already confirmed by the service team, and physically damaged parts are not covered under warranty.

Use until it dies completely

Then change it as the cost is on higher side its better to use until 100% dies.
I know it feels really bad.. but i would be better to use

Yes, I am feeling very bad. I was trying to change it immediately because the fingerprint was not working. But now I am thinking I should use it for a while without any protection. The anti-reflective display looks very good without any screen protector.
